Tenderloin Marinade
In a large zip
lock bag mix:
1 1/2 cups Canola Oil
3/4 cups Soy Sauce
2 Tblsp Dry Mustard
1 Tblsp Black Pepper
1/3 cup Lemon Juice (from plastic lemon)
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 Clove Fresh Garlic (I use 2 tsps garlic from jar)
Put your tenderloins in the zip lock bag, seal it, shake it a couple of
times and place it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hrs.
