We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time, but you will be notified of this. This note is required for first time purchases only and is used to verify that the cardholder is placing the order. This is for your security.
Please note that we will accept credit cards with verifiable account information with the Card Issuer. In the event that the Card Issuer is located outside of U.S., we may not be able to process the order. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.
We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks, money wires, and purchase orders. Certified funds and personal checks must clear before a product ships. Please

International Shipping:
Please note that we are unable to accept International Orders at this time
except for Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom. This includes APO addresses and Guam. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to bring you this service at a later date. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Net 30 Terms:
Net 30 Terms Purchase Orders have a minimum required amount of $500.00. Due to the high cost of providing Net 30 Terms to our customers, we have no choice but add an additional 5% handling fee on the total amount of the Purchase Order. This cost, of course, can be avoided if the product that you wish to purchase was acquired through a credit card or pre-payment terms.
Unlike government and educational institutions, private companies are required to submit a credit application before any Net 30 Terms Purchase is effected. It normally takes a week or two for credit applications to be processed. This depends largely on the speedy response of your trade/bank references. Sales Tax:
We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at BeefeaterBarbecues.com, except for deliveries within North Carolina. North Carolina deliveries are charged 7% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout.
Payment Options:
For your convenience, BeefeaterBarbecues.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept personal checks, wire transfers, money orders, payments made through PayPal.
For orders paid for via check or money order:
Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed. This process generally takes between 7-10 business days from the time your payment is received. Orders paid for by certified bank check or money order will ship upon receipt of payment. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.
Our Charge Policy:
Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card is subject to be charged at the time that you place your order. In order to clarify any confusion, this is because we place orders with our manufacturing facility on your behalf. Once we order the items, we are often unable to cancel or must return and pay a restocking fee. Therefore we consider this charge a "100% deposit". Pricing & Availability:
BeefeaterBarbecues.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business day from when we are first made aware of the problem. Items shipped by
ABF Freight or Fedex Freight may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process.
Pricing, Typographical Errors, Availability and Specifications:
Prices, specifications and availability of products are due to change without prior notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing, or offers is subject to correction. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our website may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error BeefeaterBarbecues.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, BeefeaterBarbecues.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BeefeaterBarbecues.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Although Internet online processing generates an automatic confirmation and response via e-mail, BeefeaterBarbecues.com may make changes on pricing, product description, and/or specification, after the confirmation and prior to product shipment. Such changes are intended to cope with situations including, but not limited to, corrections to errors, changing market conditions, discontinuation and/or unavailability of products. BeefeaterBarbecues.com reserves the right to limit and prohibit any sale at its discretion.
Returns:
There is a 10% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point. You must call us for a Return Authorization number by calling our Customer Service at (704) 334-5470. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY BEEFEATERBARBECUES.COM/ALLIED DISTRIBUTING. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
However, we can not accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.

Sales Tax:

except for deliveries being shipped to North Carolina and to Canada.
Shipments to North Carolina are charged 7.5% state sales tax and
shipments to Canada are charged 10% sales and duty tax which is
calculated during checkout.

Unlike many other online companies that reply with generic e-mail responses,
each and every e-mail received by BeefEaterBarbecues.com is answered by an
actual person. In addition, we strive to answer every e-mail within a 24-hour
period. Sometimes this is not always possible but we do answer all e-mails as
soon as is possible and in the shortest time possible. We have kind, caring
customer service representatives that genuinely care about you and your order.

All shipping charges are included in
the product price except for International Orders being shipped to Germany or
the United Kingdom.
Product Inspections:
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping.
Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):
For items shipped via freight carrier: Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. IF THERE IS ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE, PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.
For items shipped via UPS Ground: If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property.
Again, please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at (704) 334-5470.
Expedited Orders and Rush Delivery:
If you would like to expedite your order and rush deliver a product, please call our Sales Department to inquire about product lead time and availability.
If an item is in stock, it will usually ship within 2-3 business days
from the date of purchase. If it is not in stock, we may be able to have it shipped directly to you from our manufacturing facility as soon as it becomes available, or we can arrange to have it delivered to you as soon as we receive it. Again, please call us at (704) 334-5470 for more information.
