Other FAQ's Not Listed:Will food stick to the cast iron? Properly seasoned cast iron will reduce the occurrence of food sticking. It is recommended to apply a light coating of cooking oil just prior to cooking. Do the vaporizer grids eliminate flare-ups? They reduce flare-ups, provide even heat, and vaporize drippings, giving you food that charcoal flavor. Do I need to clean the vaporizer grids? Yes, any build up of charred remains gives the potential for flare up. Since the BTU’s on the grill are so high, will it use more gas? With high BTU burners the food will be cooked faster so gas consumption will remain economical. Also, since each burner has its own control it is not necessary to heat the entire grill when cooking a small portion of food thus reducing the consumption of gas. Can I use a rotisserie? Yes, a rotisserie is available to fit all sizes of grills. The hood design allows for the use of a rotisserie. Can the grills be used on natural gas? Yes, a natural gas conversion kit must be installed before using natural gas. Your dealer can provide for the installation of the conversion kit. Also, the LP hose and regulator must be removed before connecting the natural gas supply. Do I need a vinyl cover? A vinyl cover is highly recommended. It will increase the life of your grill and will keep the trolleys looking like new longer. Your barbecue grill investment will be best protected by using a vinyl cover. What is the grill warranty?
