Discovery Grill is the Real Deal. Finally replaced my ageing/rusting -- mart grill with the real deal for our traditional Memorial Day family gathering. I should have done this years ago! Great grill folks, no kidding. Temperature control not a problem and loads of grill space for all the condiments. I will be building this excellent grill into a permanent fixture as described in the user manual next season. The young woman at the E.R. Energy Home and Comfort Store in Ukiah California, who handle your products, was great. My advice? Buy one!

I would like to tell you of my frustration with my Beefeater Beefmate Grill. I purchased a BeefMate 4 Burner from the wonderful folks at Smoke-N-Fire in Stanley, Kansas about 3 years ago. I bought everything from cover to extra burners to rotisserie and hood.

1. One Cooking Grate, the old one rusted away
2. One Gas Valve
3. One Warming Rack, the old one fell apart
4. Replaced both vaporizers
5. Replaced the shields between the burners
6. Replaced the starter TWICE
7. Replaced the back fuel starter rail

I now need to replace:

1. All the burners. I bought an extra set when new, but all 8 are worn out
2. Another starter and box
3. Another back fuel starter rail
4. The shields between the burners
5. One gas valve, maybe three, the forth is brand new
6. All four knobs
7. The front stainless panel, the dealer said it was from back burn.

I have spent several hundred dollars on repairs and now am looking at another five or six hundred. The question is “Do I spend that much or start over?”

I do use the grill all the time and it truly does do a wonderful job cooking.

Additionally, our National Parts and Accessories Fulfillment Center in Phoenix, AZ, has in stock any part a customer may need for a BeefMate Series barbecue.
