The BeefEater roasting hoods are designed to complement any BeefEater Barbecue. All hoods feature the unique BeefEater rotating space saving design, with strategic ventilation and over-lift door to allow more work area when open. Each roasting hood incorporates a removable warming rack and built in stainless steel temperature thermometer.

The roasting hood may be easily removed for direct cooking situations where a substantial amount of food is being cooked on the barbecue, or greater access to both sides of the barbecue is required. It also facilitates ease of cleaning.

Available in stainless steel (with and without tempered glass viewing panel) and black porcelain enamel.

Innovative Space Efficient Hood Design:

Open unlike rear hinged style hoods that when opened, take up excessive space behind the barbecue, the BeefEater Roasting hood is designed to take up minimal space. This is achieved by having the top of the hood pivot on a centrally located bearing that is fitted to each side of the roasting hood base.

Completely Removable Hood:

The BeefEater Roasting hood is designed to be easily removed from the barbecue for cleaning and maintenance. The roasting hood can also be secured to the barbecue using the screw kit provided.

All-Weather Stainless Steel Handle:

All BeefEater roasting hoods come standard with a stainless steel handle that will not deteriorate like timber or plastic handles will. The special design of the hood handle ensures that it remains safe to touch even when the hood is hot.
